What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, VISA Electron, and Maestro. Please contact us if your payment method is not supported.

Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, your subscription can be changed to a different plan or canceled at any time on your Account page. There is no additional charge for canceling early, and there is no minimum contract length.

Can I pay monthly, or can I pay yearly?

You can pay either monthly or yearly. When you sign up for a subscription, you can choose to pay either monthly or yearly by enabling the "Monthly" button or the "Yearly" button. If you pay yearly, then you'll get a discount of approximately 25%.

How can I send more emails per day?

Our lower tier plans have daily email limits, but you can sign up for a Premium or Team plan to send as many emails as Gmail lets you. If you want to send even more emails than Gmail lets you, you can use a Delivery Integration, which lets you send unlimited emails.

What currency is your pricing in?

Our pricing is in USD, but we're very happy to support international customers.

What happens if I cancel in the middle of a billing period?

If you cancel in the middle of a billing period, you'll retain access to your plan's features until the end of the billing period. For example, if you have a monthly plan that started on the Jan 10, then if you cancel on Jan 15, you'll retain access to your plan's features through Feb 9.

How does the Team plan work?

When you sign up for the Team plan, you choose the number of users ("seats") that you want, which determines the price. After signing up, you can then invite users to your plan. The users do not need to be in the same domain as you (e.g., At any time, you can change the number of seats or add or remove users, as long as the number of users is less than or equal to the number of seats.
